16. Steaming vegetables
They say we should eat more vegetables. A healthy way to prepare vegetables is by lightly steaming them. This preserves the nutrients while also removing most of the raw crunch. If you don’t feel like prepping a water bath, you can place your vegetables in a glass jar and pop it in the dishwasher. Best of all, you can prepare a healthy steamed-veg snack while you’re waiting for your dishes to come out sparkling clean.
