In the United States of America, the Royal Gorge Bridge is ranked number one in terms of how high it is suspended compared to the rest. In addition to that, the bridge also has a very interesting tale behind it. It was put up in the twenties. 1929 to be specific but despite that, it actually never had any stabilizing wind cables for fifty years. Scary right? The bridge has become a major tourist attraction. These days, a cable crossing can be used by those who are brave enough to use the bridge.
