3. White bread
White bread is a refined carbohydrate and as such, it is definitely not a good choice for a woman trying to lose weight. Refined carbohydrates have been stripped of most of their fibre content which could cause rising of your blood sugar and insulin levels. It’s even worse for those women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). They have insulin resistance and could end up with high blood sugar or gain unwanted weight around their belly.
