They may be calorie free but have plenty of additives and chemicals so they are not better than the actual sodas. These are bad, especially for the belly area. People who drink diet sodas have about three times more belly fat than those who don’t. So it’s better to just stay away from them if you are a woman trying to lose weight. Go for sparkling water with fruit instead.
