2. Create a list of moving tasks to do
Once you have picked the moving date, it is important to stay very organized. You could come up with a to-do list that will show you what you need to do and when to do it. For example, when will you call the moving company? When will you sort out the items like utensils, toiletries, among others?
This will help you reduce the chances of forgetting to do certain tasks in preparation for the move and will also help you determine what else you might need to make the entire process as smooth as possible. You can put the tasks on your calendar to break them up by day.
