A Boeing 727-200 stands a little over 10-1/2 meters high and measures in at almost 47 meters in length. Inside is a spacious 1,066 square feet of cramped seating, irate passengers, grumpy flight attendants, and sleep-deprived pilots. At least that’s what an active Boeing would have, but this one – the one that was purchased by this mystery man – was scheduled for the shredder. He spent nearly 100 grand on the grounded jet and placed it on a patch of land he purchased in the 1970s. So who is this mystery man and – more importantly – what on Earth were his intentions?
