4. Chuck Berry
Chuck Berry was born in St. Louis in 1926. There, he picked up blues-style music at an early age, and the sound stuck with him after making it big. Best known for his pieces in Maybellene and Roll Over Beethoven, his solos are considered some of the greatest in rock history.
