36. Incorrect Test Answer
Like the real-life Michael Oher, Quinton’s Michael had to pass a series of examinations to be admitted into Wingate. If he failed, he’d be back out onto the streets where he came from. As the camera passes over his history exam paper, it shows him marking Germany as the place where the Battle of Waterloo took place when in fact it took place in Belgium and the Netherlands. Despite the obviously wrong answer, the examiner gave him full marks.
