Carrie Fisher
Carrie Fisher who has inspired women all across the world changed the narrative in modern cinema. She changed the “weak woman in need” stereotype while playing the role of Princess Leia in the Star Wars of 1977. Her portrayal of an independent female who those meant to be her helpers to escape the Death Star was epic. Her career was mostly hinged on the Leia character in the sequels afterwards. She would make a posthumous appearance in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
