7. Foundation problems
As an old home, problems with the foundation aren’t uncommon. However, when a foul odor seeps out of the basement, you can bet that something weird is going on. And it turned out that a sewer pipe had cracked and was in dire need of replacing. The excess moisture meant the basement walls were close to becoming unsalvageable. Thankfully, Alexandra sprung into action and did everything she could to save her and her new tenants’ home.
