It is believed that taking foods rich in sugar and high in fat could worsen cases of acne, but when it comes to chocolate, there is very little evidence that it could be the cause of it so if you love chocolate, you shouldn’t be too scared to have it in as far as acne is concerned. In order to keep your skin healthy though, drink up to eight cups of water a day and eat more fruits and vegetables. If the acne persists, you can always see a doctor as there are plenty of treatments for acne cases.
