Black and Tan Coonhound is a well-known breed of hunting dog. It was founded in the US and primarily used for raccoon hunting. They are large and athletic hunters who prefer to work at nights. This breed has an extremely sensitive nose and long, velvety ears. They are known as easygoing and cat-friendly dogs that do best with an active family. It is a suitable breed for kids, but shy towards strangers. The Black and Tan Coonhound needs space, and a lot of exercise to do on daily basis so do not recommen for apartment life.
